Can't play getting Error 302 with install button

Hey guys just wanted to let everyone know that I can't play to a 302 error/no play button replaced with install instead issue.  I really want to play I sent an email to support not to sure if they can help me.  I have already done everything on the forums they say to do to fix the problem.  Honestly I wasn't in beta but I don't have a very high opinion of Zenimax atm.  So until the problem with the launcher is fixed I can't log in and I'm tired of deal with it when nothing works so I cancelled my sub.  If they can't fix it then I won't be playing ESO.  Kind of ticked off because I spent the money on a game I can't play.  Oh well those are the breaks I guess.  Once the problem is fixed I will resub and start playing again.  Hopefully it is before my 30 days are up.  If not have fun everyone.

2 things should fix this. 

1. Reboot your router

2. Restart your machine.

These two things solves the problem for several of us.

Also check your antivirus, I have viper.  Under protection setting, was listed handling of bad program, there was a box checked.  Said to check files when opened or copied, so I unchecked it have had no problems.  That being said you might want  to check your antivirus program

The deleting/renaming the .version files fix worked for me, but the problem returned next time I wanted to play. So i tried restarting the client over and over, and the problem was gone after 8 or so restarts.

Running the tool like the instructions says doesn't seem to work, but as Demaskinos said, deleting the .version worked for me as well.

I didn't have the bug return either.

I appreciate the advice everyone,  I will all your suggestions while I wait on support cause I really want to play BADLY!!
